Aring is a barangay in the municipality of Badoc, in the province of Ilocos Norte. Its population as determined by the 2015 Census was 1,351. This represented 4.27% of the total population of Badoc. Historical population - The population of Aring grew from 1,067 in 1990 to 1,351 in 2015, an increase of 284 people. The latest census figures in 2015 denote a positive growth rate of 0.33%, or an increase of 23 people, from the previous population of 1,328 in 2010.
